OPERATION "RECRUIT, INFORM AND THRIVE"
Motto: Let's recruit as many members, have a well established information channel, and thrive as an active server!

Dear comrades and friends, members of Hardcore Brickbattlers' Group,

I want to firstly congratulate everyone for the efforts in the spite for rising group activity and user engagement. In the month of June, we have created new memories, sharing each meme day by day, and seeking partnerships and allies we have managed to satisfy our loyal patrons and intensify our allied status with Explosion Technologies.

We have also started the development of P.R.D.H., a future consice channel for up-to-date information regarding our group.

We have also seen the release of our new Retrostudio. In addition to our diverse game portofolio consisting of Chaos Canyon Remixed and the Tower Wars franchise, June also saw the release of H.B.G. Headquarters, a new place which in the future, with new members, can serve as a starting point for diverse events, such as trainings, tournaments or special occasions and ceremonies. This will further intensify our centralistic Juche democratic leadership.

Once again, THANK YOU FOR BEING A MEMBER IN HBG.


In the second part of this message, I want to address the characteristics of Operation: "Recruit, Inform and Thrive" (R.I.T.), which will be active between July 3rd - September 1st and it's implications for the members of the group.

RECRUIT:
As with every operation that has taken place on this group, one of our ever-lasting goals is to get members, because a group without an active community and joining recruits isn't a group. However, unlike previous operations, this time we'll succeed. We will post extensively on r/DiscordServersAd with info about our group and use ads on Roblox (we need ad designers!!!).
In addition, like the ye olde founding days, we will once again make use of G.R.P. to recruit newbies.

INFORM:
In our unwavering commitment to transparency and the welfare of our community, we are proud to unveil the upcoming "Centre for Public Records and Documentation of HBG (PRDH)". Set to launch some time in August, this will be a comprehensive public folder housing records and documents pertinent to HBG.

THRIVE:
With new members, we are looking encourage group activity, such as frequent tournament hosting. We are also looking to implement a training system...
